CONTEXT

Because of plenty of similar competitive offers the location of the Silver Horseshoe housing area is no longer the main competitive advantage. The developed engineering infrastructure is coming forward as the main supporting point of the land site purchase solution.

 

OBJECTIVE

Develop an advertising campaign supporting the idea of availability of the essential engineering infrastructure.

 

SOLUTION

As the target audience has only a brief contact with the main media (billboards) and the amount of transmitted information is large, it was decided to introduce icons in the advertising campaign.
