CONTEXT

The business class project with land sites for individual construction featuring the entire range of mains and communications will be developed on the area of 56 hectares. The area is located 15 km south of Moscow in the wonderful place near the forest in the Pahra river bend.

 

OBJECTIVE

Create an identity (name and logo) that would describe special features of Eurasia City offer: land sites with unique natural and ecological landscape. Develop the advertising campaign that conveys the main advantages of the housing area: wild life at the minimal distance from Moscow (15 km).

 

SOLUTION

The idea of location name was inspired by the surrounding landscape: the shape of the river bend in the settlement resembles a horseshoe. The concept "This is close to me" was developed for the advertising campaign to convey the advantages of suburban life 15 km away from Moscow.
