Volga Volga specialists completed the development of a creative concept of a booklet with investment memorandum of the Baltic Pearl Commercial Center.
Baltic Pearl is one of the largest investment and civil construction projects of a strategic importance in Saint-Petersburg. The commercial center, a part of the residential estate, is a multifunctional center having shopping and entertainment as well as business facilities.
The agency was given a task to highlight the key features of Baltic Pearl commercial infrastructure in the booklet: integral development of the large area, international standards of construction, complete engineering development and versatility. Investment memorandum is targeted to investors, developers, investment funds and banks.
The ambitions of the project are reflected in the booklet design in the full scope: flexible module grid with large amount of "air", large scale illustrations and clear structure convey the idea of reliable, state-of-the-art and elaborated complex. The booklet format makes it effective and eye-catching.
