Volga Volga developed a loyalty program for Web Plus subscribers. The agency involved a third-party CRM (Client Relationships Management) expert for program modeling and mathematical calculations. The name, logo, brand identity, portal design and creative gifts were created by Volga Volga professionals.
Web Plus internet service provider subscribers have an advantage over the clients of other providers: they can now get points just for using internet access and can spend these points for
gifts.
Web Plus is the first internet service provider offering the special program of time-based bonus payment, which is convenient and efficient: it is only required to remain a Web Plus subscriber in order to take part in the program.
Among the gift bonuses are souvenirs, gadgets and adventure presents like a romantic dinner at a restaurant. Bonuses can also be used for internet access payment. Twice a year a main super prize drawing is scheduled: a holiday tour or expensive appliances.
The program was launched in December 2008. As of today more than 20% of Web Plus subscribers took part in the program.
